Machine learning, the new strategic challenge

Machine learning – the new declination of AIs – is the foundation of everything we will do with technology. It will be more and more of strategic value. Spindox commitment to this is paramount. Spindox projects using machine learning models are declined in three ways. On the one hand, we realize solutions for image recognition. We have implemented different kinds of algorithms in retail marketing, large retailers, and monitoring of industrial plants. On the other hand, we work on natural language processing (NLP), that is machine learning algorithms to manage discursive contexts. Moreover, we have developed chatbots for the self-management of trouble ticketing in banking service desk . Last but not least, we have predictive and retroactive analysis. This presents two application contexts: monitoring systems (IT operations, network) and telemetry for automotive industry.
