Born February 4th, 1967 in Pisa. After graduating in 1992 in Information Science (now Computer Science) at the University of Pisa, she received her PhD in Robotics Engineering and Bioengineering at the consortium of the University of Genoa, Pisa and the Polytechnic of Milan.
Giulia carried out several research collaborations both in Italy and in the United States. She joined Etnoteam S.p.A. in 1997, where she gained extensive experience in the consultancy field, leading large IT projects in the Digital and Telecommunications sectors. She joined Spindox in 2008.
Born in Turin on March 12th, 1965. After receiving his Master\\’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mathematical and Physical Sciences of Turin, he worked as an IT consultant.
In 2000, he joined Etnoteam S.p.A., where he gained solid experience in the commercial field. In 2007, he became one of the founding partner of Spindox.
GIOVANNI DIADEMA

Born in Milan on September 15th, 1967, he gradueted in Economics at the Catholic University of Milan in 1993. He gained experience in the accounting and audit sectors working in the audit team of KPMG between 1993 and 1998.
Before joining Spindox in 2012, he held the roles of group controller and financial director for national and international companies.

Born October 13th, 1962 in Milan, he graduated in Modern Literature at the University of Pavia in 1985 He worked as a freelance correspondent and editor between 1987 and 1996, before entering the ICT sector with operational and managerial roles.
In 2007, he was one of the founding partners of Spindox, dealing with the Company\\\\\’s marketing strategy and managing consulting services for digital transformation, governance and security.
He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Pavia holding the following courses: (i) “Big data and machine learning algorithms: knowledge, information, power”; (ii) “Technologies for Web Marketing”; and (iii) “Reading practices: from paper to digital”.

Born in Rivoli (TO), on December 8th, 1971. After obtaining a Master\\\\\’s Degree in Management Engineering at the Turin Polytechnic in 1996, he joined Ernst & Young Consultants where he held the roles of Business Analyst and Manager and Practice Leader for ERP Implementation Projects till 2000.
Before joining Spindox in 2012, he gained grounded experience in management and administration at various national and international companies.
ELENA MERLANTI

Born in Milan on October 15th, 1979. After graduating in Psychology at Bicocca University of Milan in 2006, she gained a solid experience in the field of human resources and recruiting in various national and international companies, including Deloitte Consulting Srl, as recruiting manager from 2014 to 2017.
She entered Spindox in 2017 as a Recruiting Manager from 2017 to 2018, and HR manager in 2018/19.
MASSIMO PELLEI
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Born in Ravenna on October 24th, 1974. After graduating in Electronic Engineering at the University of Pavia in 1998 and before joining Spindox, he worked in the world of consulting (Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Accenture).
PAOLA BERTORELLE
INDIPENDENT EXECUTIVE
Born in Vicenza on April 20th, 1972. After graduating in Management Engineering at the University of Padua in 1996. She joined Accenture in 1997, covering the role of Business Manager in the Business Consulting – Financial Services.
In 2004 Paola joined BNL – BNPP Group, where, after various appointments in the HR sector, she took on the role, first, of Head of Strategic Planning, and then, of “Chief Operating Officer” of the Corporate Banking Division. From July 2019 to March 2021 she held the position of HR Director at DEPObank.

Since 2004, he has been a partner of the firm “TCFCT – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria” (firm of reference in Italy of the Nexia International network), of which, since 2016, he has been a special independent counsel. He was already statutory auditor of Spindox from 2017 to 2019.
GIANFRANCO CORRAO

Born in Catanzaro on October 16th, 1964. After graduating in Economics and Commerce in 1987 and completing a Master in Taxation in 1989, he has been a partner – since 1992 – of several national and international professional firms also connected to the Big Four.
GUIDO PIGNANELLI
STATUTORY AUDITOR
Born in Milan on October 16, 1963. After graduating in Business Administration in 1989 at Bocconi University in Milan, he worked from 1990 to 1992 as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A .. He subsequently gained solid experience as an auditor at the “Tax and Corporate Firm” and, since 2005, he has been the founder and managing partner of the “7PKF Network Tax and Corporate Firm”.
Since 2021, he has been a partner at Studio Palea Lauri Gerla. He is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
FERRUCCIO AMENTA
ALTERNATE STATUTORY AUDITOR
Born in Palermo on April 21st, 1977, in 2001 he graduated in Economics and Business Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. In 2006, he began his collaboration with Studio La Croce Commercialisti, of which he has been an associate since 2011.
